The machine is suitable for processing materials such as different ferrous metal, non-ferrous metals, non-metal, etc. It can carry out turning of inner/exterior cylinder surface, conical surface, end-face, rotary curved face, thread, inner and exterior groove as well as constant speed cutting. With certain attachment head adopted, the machine can also carry out milling, boring, drilling, tapping, counter boring, etc. The machine is mainly applied in large sized rotary part machining for industries such as metallurgy, mining, energy, power, ship-building, transportation, etc.

TK69C/TH69C series CNC floor type milling & boring machine (center) adopt finite element optimum design, with functions of boring, drilling, tapping, groove milling, plane milling, etc. Equipped with function attachments such as high precision CNC rotary table, right angle milling head, the machine can realize 5 surfaces machining. lt is the ideal equipment for processing steam turbine, generator and heavy duty machine tools in industries of metallurgy power and electricity, etc.

WL series is independently developed based on technologies introduced from former Western Germany SCHISSDL series and Italy SAFOP LEONARD series. WL series adopts modular design, with advantages of heavy load, high precision, strong structure, wide application and convenient operation. Besides basic performance of conventional heavy duty horizontal lathe the machine can carry out CNC automatic machining for cone and curve surfaces, steps groove, and thread etc. Milling, grinding, boring and drilling can be carried out if equipped with different attachments. The machine can be applied in industries of energy, transportation, metallurgy, aerospace, aviation, military and heavy duty machinery, such as machining rotor of steamer, cover band, generator, rotor of water turbine, mechanical shaft, rudder spindle, hoister and barrel of ship. WLR is developed based on technologies of WL series，with remarkable improvement of accuracy speed efficiency and automation. Various functional attachments could be adopted such as tool post type tool carriage, turret tool carriage, grinding wheel head, boring toolhead, etc. At single set-up all machining processes could be completed.
