These models, divided into two main groups as M42 and M51, are manufactured with 0-6 and 10° angles. These models, which have an HSS structure with tip hardness varying between 68-70 HRc and a bi-metal structure with a body made of spring steel, have a very common usage area in the industrial field, from pipe profile cutting to solid material cutting. It is available in widths from 6 mm to 80 mm.

These models, which have a carbide tip structure, are manufactured for the most difficult cuts in terms of high cutting speed and high efficiency, and they do not require band saw training like Bi-metal models. Materials with hardness higher than 50 HRc, chrome-plated materials, titanium and super alloy materials (Ni, Co, CR based) and Aluminum (6000, 7000 or higher series) series are successfully cut.

Julia brand HSS saws, manufactured with different surface coatings, are suitable for cutting pipe-profiles and materials with complex geometry (max. 7-8mm wall thickness). These models, which operate in the 15-90 rpm range and require cooling, have a very good price/performance balance, as they can be re-sharpened until the usage diameter is reduced. In addition, Hss saws are manufactured in a toothless structure, and different tooth forms and tooth numbers are cut on CNC machines depending on the material type and size.

These models, which are used in mass-produced pipe-profile factories, require high speed and high reducer power. These models, produced for different types of materials with Cermet and Tungsten Carbide tips, are suitable for solid cutting.

Industrial knives are tempered to a hardness between 44-58 HRc depending on their intended use. It is manufactured without coating as standard. Industrial knives can be manufactured between Ø50 mm and Ø500 mm.
