Kalıpyansan has been manufacturing the high quality die components with a wide range of products such as ISO 10243 die springs, punches, matrixes, ejector pins and guide elements at 7.000 sqm production facility in Turkey since 1981.
Kalıpyansan punches are produced to perform hole punching in different forms and materials in accordance with DIN/ISO standards or requested features in all punching and cutting dies. Kalıpyansan punches, which offer high performance and long mold life, reduce the costs significantly by minimizing the need for tool change.
Kalıpyansan Die Springs are capable to meet special requirements of the production in all die and machinery sectors with their 6 different load classes and engineered for high performance and long service life. Die springs are designed to be used in dies from the automotive, white goods, electrical-electronics, construction, food and such industries. In addition, it is a product group that is frequently used in machinery industry.
