DMS CNC MAKİNA, which opened its own branches in big cities in the 2000s, provides high quality and professional service to Turkish industrialists with its dynamic sales and service team at the Konya center, Istanbul, Izmir, Bursa, Ankara branches and Kayseri service point. Our company, which won the GOLD AWARD in 2013, the most successful dealer award of our valuable business partner HARTFORD, is also one of the 3 distribution centers of HARTFORD all over the world. Continuing its service investments in 2014, our company established the PCB Card Repair Laboratory and started to provide PCB card repair services to all sectors, including medical devices, high-speed trains, and cards of military devices, apart from the machinery sector. Our company has started the ONLINE MOBILE SERVICE SYSTEM (OMSS) in 2014, and monitors all service processes and customer demands online. The entire process in service operations is recorded with the mobile devices of our service engineers and monitored from the center. Thus, while providing a faster and more effective service to our customers, we ensure the continuity of quality service by constantly measuring customer satisfaction, thanks to the statistical information and reports provided by the system.
