The predecessor of Shandong Precion Group was Dezhou Machine Tool Factory, founded in 1940. In 2002, the enterprise was restructured and all state-owned assets were withdrawn. In July 2008, it was officially changed to Shandong Precion Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Group ). The parent company of the group is Shandong Precion Group Co., Ltd., which has five subsidiaries and one senior technical school, namely Dezhou Delong Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., Dezhou Pulisen Machine Tool Co., Ltd., Dezhou Zhuoer Technology Co., Ltd., Xi an Precion Machine Tool Co., Ltd., Heavy Machinery Branch, and Dezhou Pulisen Senior Technical School. The group covers an area of over 900000 square meters and has total assets of 1.1 billion yuan. For twenty consecutive years, it has been selected as one of the top 500 machinery companies in China.
