Founded in 1993 and listed in 2011, Dalian SunlightTechnology Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise. The company is located in Dalian High-tech Park, Liaoning Province, covering an area of 80000 square meters. Since 2012, our company has been committed to the R&D and manufacturing of high-end five-axis linkage machine tools. At present, we have successfully assembled and sold two series of products, namely vertical cradle five-axis linkage machining center and vertical/horizontal conversion five-axis linkage machining center. The general equipment for five-axis machining is of high precision and high performance, which takes the lead in the field of national defense manufacturing. With 14 years of hard work, the R&D Department and the Production Department of the Company have nearly 300 people. Under the safety principle of independence and controllability of the country, they have replaced imported similar equipment in a large area, effectively guaranteeing the production of national defense.
1. SVW series is a five-axis linkage vertical machining center, which is equipped with imported functional parts such as crash-type rotary worktable with axis A and axis C, high-speed electric spindle, etc., which can realize one-time workpiece clamping and whole process machining. Higher fast moving speed can greatly shorten the non-machining time and improve the machining efficiency. SVW series is divided into two types: 1. SVW60C/80C for five-axis linkage milling; 2. SVW60CF/80CF for five-axis linkage milling and turning. 2. SHW series provides perfect process and ultra-high efficiency for production, making you get the most profitable return with the minimum investment. The machine tool is equipped with imported functional parts such as B-axis milling head, C-axis continuous drive rotary table and high-speed electric spindle, which can realize one-time clamping and whole process processing of workpiece. In addition, the fast moving speed of 60m/min can greatly shorten the non-processing time.
