BORTEX ALM-710 is a metalworking fluid developed for use in machining of special aluminum alloys. It is formulated with a balanced additive content consisting of superior lubricating additives, anti-corrosion, anti-foam and anti-microbial chemicals that provide high quality surface quality during metal processing. It is a product that provides superior performance in the processing of special Al alloys (2000, 7000 series Al alloys, ETIAL 150 etc.) used in the Aerospace and Defense Industry. Primarily in the defense and aerospace sector, as well as in automotive and various other industries, aluminum is being processed more extensively. Special alloys are used in aluminum to provide the mechanical advantages of steel. These alloys improve mechanical properties but also increase the sensitivity of the material at points such as corrosion/oxidation. For water soluble metal working fluids , if an appropriate product is not used during the machining of these special aluminum alloys, there may be issues such as color change and tarnishing of the metal after processing. However, Bortex ALM 710 prevents this tarnishing and color change even for special aluminum alloys.

It carries the metal chips and other foreign substances away to the emulsion tank and thus ensures that the emulsion cleanliness is maintained. In case of usage at recommended concentration ranges, it does not cause any harm to the machining tool paint and/or tool sealing and closure apparatus. It provides cleanliness of the machining tools and pipelines. Since its pH value adjusted it does not cause sensitivity or harm on the skin. It does not contain Nitrite, Phenol and/or Chlorine compounds.

Mineral based metal working fluid suitable for general purpose heavy, medium and light machining processes. It is formulated with a balanced additive content consisting of high quality mineral base oils, strong emulsifiers, corrosion, foam, antimicrobial chemicals and no formaldehyde-releasing chemicals in accordance with the new generation chemical regulations.
