BMSO 570XS is designed to maximize our customers production of heavy metal, profile and pipe cuts in high-volume units with a fully automatic servo feeding and cutting system. Automatic controls and sensors maximazes performans/cost ratio and extends lifetime of blade up to 50% longer.
CS series are the ideal machines for mass production and bundle cutting of solid material, tube and profile. Servo feeding system with ball screw reduces cutting tolerances to zero error margin. PLC controlled user friendly colour touch screen allows to save 30 different cutting programs with 50 cutting steps. Hydraulic top clamping and hexagonal vice options are also available for bundle cutting.
- High cutting performance with precise mitre cuts! Our semi-automatic double-sided mitre bandsaw models allow two-sided angular cuts. Turning for angle cuts up to 60 degree to the left and 45 degree to the right. On the machines with NC option, angle of the head is adjusted from the PLC control panel automatically.
Our BMSO 350 GA model is a fully automatic band sawing machine with jointed, PLC and HMI equipment, independent of the length stop application. Our machine has the feature of straight and angled cutting of solid and pipe type materials and can cut in desired quantity and length. The machine performs the material feeding process with encoder precision thanks to the rollers in the hydraulically closing vice jaws. Cutting process is performed by writing the desired cutting list thanks to the easy-to-use user interface.
Mass production in continuous operation is done by BMDO 100 XS when producing cut-off pieces of steel and non-ferrous metals with a material cross-section up to a diameter of 100 mm. BMDO 100 XS is designed to be used with TCT circular saw blade in order to cut solid bars in high speed and excellent precise. It is also suitable for HSS blades to cut tubes. With the Standard 800mm stroke servo feeding and 6 meters automatic loader. BMDO 100 XS is perfect for large-scale production of solid bars.
